There's already people in that thread that are saying he's like that because he's a tankie. FFS! The vast majority of "tankies" I've seen (and I've seen a lot) are themselves trans! What are we talking about?!

I randomly happened to land in a group of folks on League of Legends the other day and they invited me to their discord. Upon seeing my username (John Brown's Eldest Son) they literally said "Oh hey sweet you passed the vibe check already". Then we got to talking and half of them are trans and we were talking about how we wish there was free gender affirming care like there is in some places in China.

Bet they would call them tankies too even though they are just bog standard western communists.

Definitely problematic to keep them around but I don’t think dessalines shares those views based on the Socialism FAQ GitHub.

Hopefully more people without terrible views step up as developers.
