Title. Iโ€™m fairly confident it has not helped my gums be less sensitive in any regard.

It used to work for me pretty well but if you do use it, make sure to alternate with another anti-cavity toothpaste. I had crazy tartar build up until I switched away from it as recommended by my dentist. Using Crest Sensitivity Relief now and have had much better check ups at the dentist.
