They would also note that in order to enact these tariffs without involving Congress he has to invoke a “national emergency”, which is the only reason why he’s suddenly all about stopping fentanyl.

This was actually new news to me, and I watch the news every night. Thanks for sharing this!

I was imagining scenarios where people were free-basing maple syrup or something.

Only about 1% of fentanyl in the US comes across the Canadian border. Where is his rage and attention for the sources of the other 99%

Ah yes, manufactured rage to bypass regular checks and balances and do whatever he wants.

Are you not? I guess, if you've never had Canadian maple syrup I understand

What do you call that thing where they pour syrup on ice and then roll a stick in it? I had that once. It's kinda like drugs.

Actually all kidding aside, I've always wanted to try a real Canadian maple syrup, but the supermarkets near me never seem to sell that stuff.

I'm planning on making a trip to Canada to be a tourist at some point, and if I do I'll be sure to hook myself up.

If you like maple syrup, go to Bulk Barn and grab a bulk bag of maple candy. Thank me later.

Thanks! I'll be sure to check it out.

I tried going to their web site, but my browser is telling me there's a security issue with it ("Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER").

They're a legit place?

Heh, they're a legit place but I've only been there in person. I didn't even know they had a website

You can get those maple candies everywhere. They're absolutely delicious.
