I don't see much to apologize here for. Suggesting that we release polar bears in cities is quite obviously a joke - not a serious suggestion. To get offended by this and demand an apology as if it's something he genuinely wants to do is how you get people to vote for ones like Trump.

Yeah you're an idiot then because clearly the actual problem is that he clearly has zero empathy in absolutely no interest in dealing with the real problem, he really just wants to blame everyone else.
