9. No link shorteners.

Idk but if he does it, things are about to get ugly. We're (Canada) threatening to cut off power to places like NY and Wisconsin in retaliation. Ontario is also in an election cycle and the incumbent (conservative ironically) is running on a platform of being the toughest person to fight the US on this stuff, so he's really going to fight it.
