It’s not serious. It was introduced by a democrat in order to try and get men to think about a contraception law targeting them for once and not just women. I think. Idk. I spaced out reading the article tbh. Just depressing to me this is what democrats are spending their effort on

Ah that makes sense. I didn't read closely enough. There have been so many crazy laws attempted by Republicans, I just assumed.
