Yeah, from an employer's perspective a blind eye might be the best policy for this sort of thing.

Yeah, 9 out of ten corporate lawyers probably recommend the no coke in bathroom sign from that standpoint...

Hey, how was I to know they were doing coke in the bathroom? It's against policy, and I don't peep at people in the bathroom.
