Just retrigger cards that multiply mult. Hanging chad + photograph + glass face card + many High Card level ups is one of the easiest ways to quickly reach several million points, using Blueprint to copy hanging chad in that setup probably gets you to scientific notation. There's also similar things you can do with rarer jokers like Baron and red seal silver Kings but that's much harder to set up. I think my first time hitting silly numbers was back in the demo before the game came out, with a five of a kind with a rank that Hack retriggers, all glass cards, with a Brainstorm to copy the Hack.

The truly, truly silly things you can do in Balatro involve abusing the daylight out of Blueprint and Brainstorm with specific combinations of rare and legendary Jokers to get exponential scaling, that's how people go beyond the scientific notation and straight up break the game to get naneinf score. I CBA to try to get a run like that myself but the Balatro University channel has shown a few ways to do it, there's several ways to do it with Perkeo (duplicates consumables indefinitely each round) and there was even a strat that used regular Jokers only, but abused a specific Boss Blind that allowed you to draw all your cards into the hand at once.
