I think it's Hatsune Miku. I only know how they look, and they're maybe a fake popstar figure? Like proto-vtuber type shit from early or mid 2000's?

It is. The image also contains 初音ミク just to erase all doubt. She's a 17-year-old vocaloid software and still holds concerts to this day.
