Mao, 1956:

Now U.S. imperialism is quite powerful, but in reality it isn't. It is very weak politically because it is divorced from the masses of the people and is disliked by everybody and by the American people too. In appearance it is very powerful but in reality it is nothing to be afraid of, it is a paper tiger. Outwardly a tiger, it is made of paper, unable to withstand the wind and the rain. I believe the United States is nothing but a paper tiger.

When we say U.S. imperialism is a paper tiger, we are speaking in terms of strategy. Regarding it as a whole, we must despise it. But regarding each part, we must take it seriously. It has claws and fangs. We have to destroy it piecemeal. For instance, if it has ten fangs, knock off one the first time, and there will be nine left, knock off another, and there will be eight left. When all the fangs are gone, it will still have claws. If we deal with it step by step and in earnest, we will certainly succeed in the end.

Strategically, we must utterly despise U.S. imperialism. Tactically, we must take it seriously. In struggling against it, we must take each battle, each encounter, seriously. At present, the United States is powerful, but when looked at in a broader perspective, as a whole and from a long-term viewpoint, it has no popular support, its policies are disliked by the people, because it oppresses and exploits them. For this reason, the tiger is doomed. Therefore, it is nothing to be afraid of and can be despised. But today the United States still has strength, turning out more than 100 million tons of steel a year and hitting out everywhere. That is why we must continue to wage struggles against it, fight it with all our might and wrest one position after another from it. And that takes time.

Israel-Palestine Conflict

If you have evidence of Israeli crimes and atrocities that you wish to preserve, there is a thread here in which to do so.

Sources on the fighting in Palestine against Israel. In general, CW for footage of battles, explosions, dead people, and so on:

UNRWA reports on Israel's destruction and siege of Gaza and the West Bank.

English-language Palestinian Marxist-Leninist twitter account. Alt here.
English-language twitter account that collates news.
Arab-language twitter account with videos and images of fighting.
English-language (with some Arab retweets) Twitter account based in Lebanon. - Telegram is @IbnRiad.
English-language Palestinian Twitter account which reports on news from the Resistance Axis. - Telegram is @EyesOnSouth.
English-language Twitter account in the same group as the previous two. - Telegram here.

Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Examples of Ukrainian Nazis and fascists
Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict

Sources:

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map. Their youtube channel has substantially diminished in quality but the map is still useful.
Moon of Alabama, which tends to have interesting analysis. Avoid the comment section.
Understanding War and the Saker: reactionary sources that have occasional insights on the war.
Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict. While he is a reactionary and surrounds himself with likeminded people, his daily update videos are relatively brainworm-free and good if you don't want to follow Russian telegram channels to get news. He also co-hosts The Duran, which is more explicitly conservative, racist, sexist, transphobic, anti-communist, etc when guests are invited on, but is just about tolerable when it's just the two of them if you want a little more analysis.
Simplicius, who publishes on Substack. Like others, his political analysis should be soundly ignored, but his knowledge of weaponry and military strategy is generally quite good.
On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent and very good journalist reporting in the warzone on the separatists' side.

Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.

Pro-Russian Telegram Channels:

Again, CW for anti-LGBT and racist, sexist, etc speech, as well as combat footage.

https://t.me/aleksandr_skif ~ DPR's former Defense Minister and Colonel in the DPR's forces. Russian language.
https://t.me/Slavyangrad ~ A few different pro-Russian people gather frequent content for this channel (~100 posts per day), some socialist, but all socially reactionary. If you can only tolerate using one Russian telegram channel, I would recommend this one.
https://t.me/s/levigodman ~ Does daily update posts.
https://t.me/patricklancasternewstoday ~ Patrick Lancaster's telegram channel.
https://t.me/gonzowarr ~ A big Russian commentator.
https://t.me/rybar ~ One of, if not the, biggest Russian telegram channels focussing on the war out there. Actually quite balanced, maybe even pessimistic about Russia. Produces interesting and useful maps.
https://t.me/epoddubny ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/boris_rozhin ~ Russian language.
https://t.me/mod_russia_en ~ Russian Ministry of Defense. Does daily, if rather bland updates on the number of Ukrainians killed, etc. The figures appear to be approximately accurate; if you want, reduce all numbers by 25% as a 'propaganda tax', if you don't believe them. Does not cover everything, for obvious reasons, and virtually never details Russian losses.
https://t.me/UkraineHumanRightsAbuses ~ Pro-Russian, documents abuses that Ukraine commits.

Pro-Ukraine Telegram Channels:

Almost every Western media outlet.
https://discord.gg/projectowl ~ Pro-Ukrainian OSINT Discord.
https://t.me/ice_inii ~ Alleged Ukrainian account with a rather cynical take on the entire thing.

Okay, I have been obsessing over this Tiktok for over an hour. When they say that Zionists do everything to prove to the world that every single anti-Semitic stereotype is true, they really do fucking mean it.

Behold the Tiktok in question: https://www.tiktok.com/@elongilad/video/7405549775493401873

Seriously absorb what he's saying. I literally thought he was just some anti-Semitic crank until I searched for him online and it turns out he writes for Zionist newspapers. And it's not just him that describes this concept since I've found newspaper articles as well.

From this dude and other articles I've read, Zionist society apparently exalts the cheater and liar while being an honorable person invites only contempt and makes you a mark that will be exploited by others. They try to tone it down by saying that it's only applicable to stuff like cheating on your taxes or cutting in line, but that shit 100% goes way deeper especially when we're talking about a genocidal settler colony.

This is also a clue into why the Zionists actually thought it was a good idea to release the video of Sinwar's martyrdom. If we take this concept of frayer seriously, then from the warped perspective of Zionists, Sinwar was the ultimate frayer: a man who gave his life for the sake of others. In their eyes, he's the ultimate sucker and the video of his final moments on Earth as the ultimate sucker who could've send a bunch of low level Hamas grunts to die in his place should've invited universal mockery and contempt.

I know this is problematic. But I can't discount the theory that Mossad have some particularly damaging info they'd be willing to release if the weapon shipments and support stops. The Epstein stuff, in particular.

Not that it's the sole reason for the support. Just a little blackmail, as a treat.

There's a mountain of evidence that Genocide Joe just straight up believes in this shit. Like if they were being blackmailed, they still wouldn't have to act the way they do. And that's not even getting into whatever leverage the US has in return. I'm sure our government sat on all sorts of information of dirty shit the Israelis did over the years that hurt the US or makes Israel look really bad. Or there is my favorite, which is picking up Yair Netanyahu in Miami and threatening to put him in a C-130, strap a parachute to him, and drop him into Gaza if Bibi decides to act up.

Zionism in the US goes a whole lot deeper than Genocide Joe’s whims. Even if he was a based anti-Zionist, he would have to support Israel or get assassinated or smeared into irrelevancy by the 95% of the government that are hardcore zionists

No, he wouldn't. Biden was rabidly pro-Israel at a time when Reagan and HW Bush were telling Israel they needed to stop during wars that were much more threatening to Israel than this one, and that was when the average American had a way more positive opinion of Israel. Biden's approval rating would likely go up if he came out today and announced an arms embargo, and most the Democratic party officials would fall into line, because they are little freaks who care more about their status within the institution than anything else. Biden is doing this because he believes in it, and because he's a senile old man whose cruelty has come out as his dementia has set in.

[-] Z_Poster365@hexbear.net 7 points 2 months ago

Reagan and Bush’s performative wrist slaps were irrelevant, Israel has never once been seriously chastised or punished

[-] Z_Poster365@hexbear.net 21 points 2 months ago

It’s not problematic, it’s fact. Epstein worked for Mossad and was part of a much larger network. The network was never shut down or investigated, thus it stills exists

[-] RomCom1989@hexbear.net 36 points 2 months ago

Unrelated, but we have this word in Romanian too, seems we picked it up from the Yiddish, because it means the exact same thing

This concept/cultural norm of finding ways to break or bend the rules in your favor also exists in Brazil, it's called jeitinho.

I've heard other Jews on TikTok bring up stuff like this. One guy was born into a Jewish family (he's atheist now) and described the religious concept defining of the truth.

What he basically said, is that anything can be argued as being the truth if you define it a certain way.

Take the following statement for instance, "it is Autumn, and the colors of the leaves are Orange."

If you said it when it actually is Autumn then you would be correct and most people would consider it the truth.

But if you said it during spring, then you would be wrong and most people would interpret it as a lie.

That's because for most people most of the time, the truth is not irrespective of reality. If it's sunny out, I can't say that it's actually cloudy. I would be lying, because you can't argue for or against the truth. The truth simply is.

But if you believe the truth can be argued, then "It is Autumn, and the colors of the leaves are Orange" can be true if you redefine some terms.

Instead of orange meaning the color orange, you define it as any color except red and yellow. With this definition, green can be "orange."

Instead of autumn being the time of the year where the earth begins to move further from the sun in its orbit, you define it as any time when the temperature falls below 70°F/21°C. So if the day that statement is said happens to be a degree lower, then it can be argued that it is Autumn.

So on a cool summer day where the leaves on the tree are green, because you redefined some terms, that statement holds true.

I'm not saying this is absolutely something unique to Jews, or that it's culturally relevant. But perhaps for the religious zealots and other Zionists, a hospital is a Hamas base if you define it that way.
