Potentially well above. School shooters kill a few dozen at most. If the far right goes ahead with their violent fantasies, the death toll could be a million plus

They are cowards when confronted. Millions did not die on Jan 6th only because they have no spine to actually do the horrible stuff they talk about doing constantly.
