My old person trait is that I think 'ghosting' is completely unacceptable and you owe the other person a face-to-face conversation.

Friend of mine had his house switched to smart lighting without buttons. All controlled via WiFi. Then his WiFi broke. ๐
Lol! At least my heater still functions if the wifi is out. It just allows you to alter the temp remotely.
