I love the new non-pure black dark mode that looks closer to the Dracula theme looks really nice but I think the separator on the communities page looks a bit jarring imo. Is it possible to change the color to something other than pure black?

Probably not, but the movie is pretty much defined by him. It's not just Oppenheimer, it's "Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer".

I'm on the second book of Hugh Howey 's Silo Trilogy. Loved the show, loving the books even more

I just expected Voyager to go through the same process as Memmy did, beta-testing through TestFlight and then finally publishing to AppStore once it's "ready". Meanwhile, on Android you don't even need to publish on Play Store. A lot of FOSS apps choose not to simply because it takes so much longer when an apk file would do just fine

I'd just like to say, Android users would love to see a native app and you don't need to publish to the Play Store straight away. We don't need to go through all the TestFlight shenanigans that Apple users do, you can just upload an apk to GitHub releases and we can beta test it for you

They mean debrid. It's basically just paid DDL

I'm guessing he's referring to r/opensignups but there's probably a Lemmy community for it too

Anyway, these communities post updates when private trackers open up their registrations. These don't happen regularly so it's good to know when they open so you can register and access their content

Gmail itself, in that situation, is just a frontend to the mail server. You can use the same domain, on any mail server, with any frontend, and it would work just as well. It's just that Google Workspace apps are familiar to most users. But even then, the industry leader is Microsoft with their Office Suite which is yet another option

I just love that the dev is able to pump out updates pretty much daily. Getting anything reviewed on both the App Store and Play Store takes ages

I'm working with wefwef till Boost comes out. I just fell in love with Boost for Reddit and it's similar enough, I'll switch over immediately. There's also Memmy which I would like to try, and it's supposed to be for Android as well, but I can't find any builds and haven't been able to figure out building it for myself
