it's not a flip but I feel like the a used pixel6 or something may be the most straight forward w/ linage in that price rage

"here he worked as a professional diver doing maintenance at SeaWorld and paying $750 a month in rent. He was hoping to find comparable rent in Chattanooga, where he took a new job doing underwater maintenance for the cooling towers at nuclear power plants."

Everything about RV life aside, that sounds pretty badass, kind of lame that sort of work dosen't pay more

probably not unless I'm developing software for one, I think the angle meta is aiming for is kind of dumb but I do see how they could be useful in industrial settings.. but then again I guess microsoft tried and failed at that with the hololens

I really do worry tools like whatever the naperville pd using here are going result in a lot of damage and upturned lives once their use becomes more casual, like god knows what's going to happen with the president declaring random political views terrorism

no real court orders were involved, the article mentions a EDR wasn't invoked, no push back from discord over what sounds like some sort of dump or access to all images uploaded to the service

The Anarchy: The Relentless Rise of the East India Company is a history book i recently finished that I thought was good, depending on your tastes the discworld books are always fun "Guards! Guards!" is a good first one to start with IMO

It would be cool to see people move beyond the standard smartphone and into some sort of hotspot and linux based palmtop or umpc like setup

I had something like that in the early 2000s with a nokia n800 and it worked well enough I'm sure it would be even better now
