The crew Berlin Bass Spectrum organized a DnB rave in a skatepark. There where 10 DJs on the schedule playing mixed styles.

I was lucky because I played before the police stopped the music. Anyway we had a lot of fun.

Here you can listen to my set and even download it: https://hearthis.at/tasmo/tasmo-with-berlin-bass-spectrum-at-nest-skatepark/

You seem to be aware of many things.

Just for communication you are using more unfree tools then free and more then in the other categories.

A question with no right answer, because it is a matter of taste and habits.

Both are very much sophisticated desktop environments which very useful defaults. Neither Gnome nor Plasma are too complicated for beginners and can be customized easily. If you want to you can go very deep into the customization too.

If you just want to save the text to read later, go with HTML.

If you want to archive it with graphical elements and embedded images, PDF is the better choice.

What I find kind of strange is that they have used Gmail before. Feels not to be the best decision for a VPN service which offers anonymous access.

Even better that they have switched now.

A set played in the afternoon heat at a sunny summer Saturday at the main square at the Chaos Communication Camp 2023. That for this set contains playful and light beats and pleasant sounds.

Deep dnb set (hearthis.at)

In the summer I was playing at a festival like camp at night.

Before me the DJ was playing nice old school Dubstep. So I started with more or less banging dnb. The crowed was very pleased and satisfied. After some hours the db heads stayed still enjoying so I slightly faded to more deep dnb. And this is the last hour I played.

Maybe you enjoy it too.

Using NixOS as my daily OS on a X1 since six years now.

The first months have been hard as at this time was no installer at all and I had to do everything manually. After a while I got used to the update process.

Recently I switched to Nix Flakes which is another challenge but seems to make the Nix way even more consequent.

The only odd thing what drives me nerves is that compiling on that machine takes sometimes a half day.

Besides this it is still the best OS I ever used

Is there an option to hide all posts from certain instances?

Or is this feature planned yet?

I would like to keep the All stream clean.

Edit: The solution is here: https://lemm.ee/comment/1903303

Occasionally I get feedback that some listen to DJ sets I put together to work. So I took a look at what I actually listen to for deep work and recorded a mix specifically for that.
