Zuck is just playing with us at this point.
The problem is that it is not immediately clear to a user that their voting history is public as an average user cannot view that information.
We will literally do everything and anything but limit our carbon footprint.
Ofcourse it wanted to know your age. You could have just lied if you wanted to just test the app.

Their competition is with Twitter. They are not competing with Mastodon (atleast for now).
Wouldn't that block all nsfw content and not just porn?
Meta doesn't need Lemmy/Kbin/Mastodon. They are competing with Twitter. Threads will probably have more users than the whole fediverse combined within the first few days.
