I bought it for our RV - it's a great option there. Even with the two element model we can easily keep up with water needs for a family of three. The issue at home is just that it does take up a lot of counter space.

Clockwise - this seems straightforward.
I love Tidal + Plex. I already had a Plex server set up, but the integration with tidal is great. Good music quality, pays the artists well, and no gaps in the library that aren't also there in the other services. When you add Plex you can then fill in those gaps with your own music files.
We got a Berkey and I can't go back.

No, anything from Tidal is still DRM controlled but it integrates seemlessly with everything I have locally.
That's seems less like asshole design and more like broken toaster.
