If someone held a gun to your Moms head and then to a pigs head and you had to choose, who would you choose?

That’s a pretty far off equivalency…

I’ve pretty much only ever browsed Reddit on mobile (and only ever through an app) and with Lemmy it’s only on mobile, I was thinking anyone using the computer to browse is probably someone who is more likely to be working in an office, I’m not an office worker so I’ve never had quick easy access to a computer

This isn’t something new it’s been around in the auto industry for decades, way back in the day you would have to run the wiring if a customer purchased a towing package, they changed that over time by basically having the wire harnesses pre wired and instead you would just add a couple of plug and play components, the newest versions of this is software unlocks, they just got rid of the actual hardware stuff

Why is looking at someone’s post history creepy? That’s something somebody would say who’s worried about their previous posts

I was hoping you could add this as toggle? Maybe it’s my fat thumbs but every single time I go to tap a link in a comment I miss the hit box and collapse the comment

I honestly have no idea why people like this but options are always good

And the newest icons look great I can understand why

I like clean looking UIs with consistency, having an app that has a windows 95 looking icon while the rest of the Home Screen has icons that are at least in the same design language looks off

It’s basically the same kinda shit in real life, maybe you personally have a beard and like the way it looks while others think it looks like crap, insert basically anything in life, wall paint, cars you like etc..

I don’t understand the people who don’t want apps.

I’m not looking for an argument -you do you. But I don’t understand your desire to not install things.

So I’m basically running all the current iOS apps and up until now Memmy has been the smoothest, until I tried Bean, I don’t know what you’ve done but there is absolutely zero scroll lag, which is the most important part of any app for me, looks great too

So basically more a fan of his work, makes sense

The Star just had an article about this Here

But since you didn’t expand on what you mean by safe, I’m not sure what you are looking for

I’ve done this for 3 decades…. Shit has only got worse

This is way beyond being fixed at individual levels
