They have a fairly large user base.

I think this is pretty cool. You should be able to interact with minds now through nostr and a Fedi nostr bridge.

Ok hear me out. Lots of people complaining about billionaires.

I get it. They have a lot of money. They don't always give it away unless it's to avoid taxes.

Just taking money from billionaires feels wrong

What if instead we took a random drawing and just sacrificed one per year?

So this way they would be incentivised to donate money. But if they wanted to risk it they could try.

Maybe our corn crops would grow better too.

Do your eyes turn brown from being so full of shit?

The correct answer is historically we don't have men's leagues. A woman has always been welcome to compete in the regular nfl. They just can't because they are to weak.

And so we created leagues for women to give them the same opportunity at scholarships as men.

Taking Testosterone has always been against the rules. That should have disqualified her right there.

An even better example. Daylight savings is retarded. It is always good bread for programmers when they change time. All those scheduling programs got to build that in.

If it was the will of the people laws that the people want would pass. Like legalizing weed. It's mostly the will of the corporations because they fund the politicians. There is basically zero correlation between what the people want and whether a law is passed but a very high correlation between what the corporations want and what laws are passed.

For example, vaccine corporations having zero liability for injuries. Take a popular vote and see if that would pass.

Not to far off with a few of them.

We need to make a whole series of these for every great ethnic achievement that wasn't white. and spread them on twitter for the lulz. Even make fake documentary clips. Pay some Appalachian white guy to talk as if he researched it. Say Muhammad was white. King Tut, Confucius ect...

I hate it. He really has allowed a influx of diverse opinions. Between the overall drop in world wide advertising and Globohomos swarming him it's gotten beat up. Plus twitter is the most replaceable social media. grandmas never used it, you can't use it to connect to old acquaintances.

I think the main problem is the naming and routing. Lemmy current addresses the community by name and not id. It would have to be restructured to allow multiple communities with the same name. Also this feature would not make a lot of sense until account migration is a thing. But the two of those together would be a nice feature.

Votes mean nothing on the fediverse. I can spin up a lemmy instance right now and give my comment 2,000 upvotes. Bots got really bad where as soon as you would post something to the donald you would get like 4 downvotes. Basically as fast as the rate limiter would allow.

Vast majority of humans fit nicely in male or female. Any deviation from that is a genetic mistake/anomaly. Plastics in the mother's diet has been shown to somewhat feminize men. And perhaps for the rest of their life. Distance from butt hole to balls shrinks, penis shrinks, balls shrinks and perhaps (we don't know for sure yet) their minds are more feminine. They are still men though. Just men who were born out of polluted sludge. Intersex people are an extremely small percentage of the population and everyone has empathy for them. Because they are effectively broken. That isn't the usual trans furry lecturing gender on reddit/Lemmy though. Bless their hearts.
