I wonder if their leaderboards have an AI-generated cartoon of a baby polar bear on a barbecue grill.
If it isn't a fake company I'd be shocked. It's not like there's a whole lot of external accountability in the entire business model.
the "Some of you may die" speech by Lord Farquaad from Shrek would be too on-the-nose, tho.
the only way for private companies to have less power is if governments enact laws that curtail powers, and actually enforce them. The last step is more challenging to do when the humans involved are physically elsewhere on the globe, but it's not impossible.
