We should make the whole of Lake Washington Blvd this, from Madison Park to Lake City.

Any word when the connection is supposed to happen with the 1 Line? And do we know if they decided the lines will connect at the ID station? Last I heard that decision was kinda stalled.

Agree. Someone well into adulthood with a preference for dating people right at the border of adolescence is a massive red flag. It may be legal but flying as close to that line as society will allow suggests a more predatory nature.

Wezterm has been my daily for years. Has enough extras to let any crazy terminal app work as intended but doesn't try to do too much.

Tuning in local radio stations while I'm driving through new places can be really cool. Also if you're a sports fan there might be a ballgame on - good way to entertain yourself for like 3 hours.

Amen to rest stops. Every 2 hours is a good rule of thumb, just to reset your focus if nothing else.

Some time numbers just feel better. :35, :28 good. :24, :17, bad. I can't explain it. It's like a color or a sound.

If you are musical or like music maybe find a local weekly jam or open mic. Play some tunes or just go and enjoy. Typically a very welcoming and open community and supportive scene, at least everywhere I've been.

Touch screens on fitness watches is the dumbest shit. I straight up can't use it while jogging and sweating. I just need a couple real buttons, but good luck finding that.

Why so much purple? Always. This shit is so tired.

I think the point is that boomers will say kids these days are too sheltered, and also say unaccompanied kids today are a nuisance or a safety concern. This is a typical boomer double standard.

I think it is worth being very clear that "Executive Dysfunction" is not a disorder, it is a term to describe a symptom that appears across multiple disorders as well as independent of disorders.

Task initiation is an uphill battle for MOST people, and on its own does not indicate a disorder. Uncertainty and anxiety are very real barriers that can overwhelm anyone.

I'd like a list of self-forgiving-for-being-a-piece-of-shit phrases. Example: "I just tell it like it is", "tough but fair", etc.
