I mostly just stream raids in Final Fantasy XIV, but in the past I've streamed older JRPGs, Elden Ring, Dark Souls, basically anything I happen to be playing.

I stream from Linux. I don't stream anything about Linux, I just happen to stream while also using Linux.. that being said it usually ends up being a handful of dedicated viewers so not super big or anything, but it's still fun. :) OBS works just fine, game capture works, everything just seems to work!

I thought it sounded pretty silly, too. I gave the free trial a shot and for technical searches it was the best I had seen by far. Being able to lower certain sites and raise other sites makes it much easier to filter through shitty results like blog posts and stuff. I pay for it now and it's worth it to me just for the time savings on technical searches. It definitely is still pretty far behind for things like local business info and stuff, but as a general purpose search engine it's been extremely good for me.

Beksinski has always been my favorite. I love seeing his work pop up every now and again!

I definitely struggle a lot with importing certain albums and matching releases. If the album is in another language then definitely forget about it. I'm not really sure what the deal is. It works maybe 95% of the time but that 5% is a colossal pain in the ass.

You're right about that for sure. But a few TB isn't that big a deal anymore, and if there was a need to deal with it we could come up with something.. or just not use it at all. 😎

Blockchain and cryptocurrencies are pretty cool from just a technology perspective. At university I studied a lot of math and cryptography and that happened to be at the same time that Bitcoin became a thing. It could have some real applications, but scammers and cryptobros ruined it for everyone and now I can't even say I find crypto (meaning cryptography) cool without seeming like an asshat.

This opener will work in essentially all situations. There are technically ways to get slightly more potency by doing some cursed things and using a different opener each minute, but those strats are just theoretical and any movement or fight mechanics would disrupt them. Other things to consider would be Swiftcasted Wild Rage in the opener instead of Winged Reprobation if you're doing a fight where you would have Wild Rage for Revenge Blasting or something.

It's true forever. The Fibonacci sequence used in this way converges on the golden ratio, which is close to the conversion of km and mi.

Works really well in my experience. Every once in awhile something won't be recognized but no more than on desktop.

Exactly! I always tell people this. I think a good gym is one of the most accepting and supportive places simply because every one of those huge muscular people started from the same place. Everyone understands the effort that needs to go into it and loves to see folks putting in that effort!

6.45 is going to have our next Criterion dungeon. The last time around we had some kind of interesting mechanics, so I'm looking forward to the next one. Any thoughts on stuff we might see?

I think historically that an expansion name and teaser trailer come from the first Fan Fest of the year, but I'm not 100% sure.. what sorts of announcements do you want to see?
