Hmm I think most people will relate to enjoying showers and not wanting to get out. The ADHD part is the functional impact. Like my showers tend to be 30 minutes long at least even when I’m trying to be quick, but at the same time I only shower max three times a week. I’m pretty sure that’s not part of the neurotypical experience but happy to be corrected.

I like Abed. In general he’s just a cool guy, but I think the portrayal despite on the surface seeming stereotypical actually has lots of depth. I especially like how he’s seen as “socially inept” but then knows more about the characters than they know about themselves.

Yeah I thought so too. Body doubling is similar to what they’re suggesting here and is often recommended for ADHDers.
