For me as a man all it took was trying a few antidepressants, some terrible therapy, and a 5 minute assessment to get my ADHD diagnosis.

My wife had the same doctor as me, did the same evaluation, scored worse, and he refused to diagnose her. She did get one eventually, but the evaluation took over 3 hours.

The Lemmy protocol is open source and you're free to use an open source solution. You're free to use sync for Lemmy in much the same way you can run a Spotify client in Linux. One does not destroy the other.

Tldr if you don't like it, don't use it.

Any Country that mandates that Prisoners work for little or no pay while incarcerated is supporting institutionalized Slavery.

I'm putting the ACLU argument forward as the Pro position as it is very well written and touches on all the points that I would simply be restating.
