Il n'y a rien de nucléaire dans un scanner X :) La seule similarité (de taille, il est vrai) est la présence de rayonnements ionisants. Mais il n'y a rien de radioactif dans un scanner à ma connaissance.

When you're a government, you need a little more process to ensure things are done well (moderation, security, ...). Even something simple like that could take valuable time from quite a few people.
