The last proper flame thrower designed as a weapon was the M202 FLASH, it's a flame-rocket-launcher (with 4 tubes.) Jonathan Wild, who built and licensed one, has videos and a book about it. Total waste of time, but still entertaining.
For ramen get some quality fish sauce (no salt on the bottom of the bottle is a good visual cue), a bit goes a ways, but it adds wonderful depth to noodles. Also, a touch of mayo is excellent for the poor-man's "creamy" style noodle dishes (like chicken flavour.)
In the prison system over in the states they have a casual shared meal called "spread" (like a dinner party for convicts), and it truly takes dry shelf foods into art form.
They are rolling in the clover seed we put down to fill in the bare spots in the yard. We now have two brown cats instead of a couple of tabbies (one orange and one grey.) They are awesome.
I hope both turn out amazing.
