From Trifox Studios:

HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY ESPEON!

Aka the Queen of Blep

I feel like of my 3 foxes, Espeon is the one who stands out the least as far as the page/channel goes. But she has a special place in my heart as the least moody of my three foxes.

The reason I get so many blepping photos of her is because she is always happy, and when foxes get excited or happy, they begin to pant.

She is the least temperamental of the three foxes, and of my three is actually the only one to never even attempt to bite me.

From Bat World Sanctuary:

By now, we all know that little Pomfrit the Eastern red bat marches (ok, tlaps dramatically around) to the beat of her own drum. Tonight on How the Bat Naps, we see what arguably is The One True Princess' most impressive (aka, silly; aka, weird; aka, seriously, Poms, what are you thinking?) napping position yet.

We also see the look you get when you wake Her Tiny Highness up from said nap.

How. Dare. You.

Red bats are foliage bats - they roost in trees and, well, other foliage. (See what I did there?)

Foliage bats do not form colonies and are considered to be a rather solitary species. Not as much is known about their behavior because of this.

It continues to be interesting and a joy to see Pomfrit's personality emerge as she has adapted to a life of captivity (for those that do not know, wing injuries, including missing thumbs, prevent Pomfrit's release).

From Bat World Sanctuary:

Aquarius, one of our resident Variable flying foxes, is enjoying her spa soak

Born in 2005, she's about 21 years old—well into her senior years for a fruit bat.

In the wild, flying foxes typically live around 15-20 years. In captivity, with proper nutrition, enrichment, and medical support, they can sometimes live into their mid-to-late 20s and even early 30s. Every extra comfortable year truly matters for elders like Aquarius.

Her warm Epsom salt baths help soothe achy joints, and she's already looking a bit more relaxed.

Yes, you would be correct. Their “hands” would be the wings.

Try going through menopause with ADHD. It’s been brutal, my brain went offline before I got HRT.

Yeah, it wasn’t fun, even though I was able to get “the good stuff” cause my dad started working for the government in an important position. The good stuff was… marginal.

I grew up in Moscow in the 80s, I think they tried fluoride in the water, but it wasn’t nearly enough to make a difference.

As a child, my teeth were atrocious. Constant cavities despite brushing and not eating a ton of sweets and never even trying soda.

After I moved here at 18, my teeth got significantly better. I’m glad there is fluoride in the water!
