Probably been mentioned already, but ZFS and BTRFS have options for full disk compression. Though there is cpu overhead with higher compression settings.

I say keep em coming, it's not a shit post unless someone doesn't like what you're posting
I just ran a 1:34 half marathon yesterday. I genuinely can't imagine running that 34 minutes faster and then doing it again
The most success I had at getting rocm working was just using containers.
I mean, this has been a tourist destination for over a hundred years making it more organically a tourist town, but I totally get what you're saying
Wow, incredible how they made it look like some ussop would film himself.
I mean I live next to one that barely counts as a "city". It has a state run organization that exists specifically for developing the area for recreation, tourism, and training athletes. They've been doing a lot of good for the community, and I think they're the largest employer in our county. But they've been really bad about building affordable housing (except for the j1s).
Anarchism is cool, but I really just want people to care about the place they live in and the people that live around them. I think a lot of other problems solve themselves after that.
And it ended because the stoic guy couldn't suck it up and just adopt someone better than his biological son.
I think we would probably have to re-imagine our relationship with garbage to some extent. Take more personal responsibility for the garbage we create. Being a garbage collector would probably be a much more respected position too since they're doing something that directly benefits the community.
Garbage collection doesn't have to be a life sentence either. Maybe it's just something you work for a couple months at a time. If people don't care about the community littering would still be a problem. But is anarchism even possible if people don't care about their community?
In my neck of the woods (in the US) every public park has places for grilling. These places are usually kept clean. Local culture can vary a lot tho
Trump's whole term in office has been difficult to follow. What's going on now? What's the truth and what isn't? Politicians lie, but trump is the best at misinformation.
The thing is that we don't know, but because of the environment his administration has created, you have to doubt everything he says and be skeptical of every event they're involved in.
The conspiratorial culture of the far right is infecting every aspect of his administration. At this point it doesn't really matter what's true and what's fabricated, so long as it can be spun into a media event to feed his ego.
I need to take a break from the Internet.
