On my 5th year in Japan, bikes and public transportation are great. Kei cars are amazing, but going over 60 mph is not really a thing. If we could eliminate lawns and get the same population density from Japanesw villages / cities into the US it would make more sense.

The excuse I always heard was the affordable care act made it to expensive for companies to keep most workers 40 hours a week. All my friends in the service industry went from one full time job, to 3 part time jobs. Worse hours and pay.

Wow, that just reminded me Married with Children had a dog that would provide commentary via voice over. I havent thought of that since Al Gore ran for president.

Sun Tzu would be proud, china still attempting to decieve their way into more territory. They would never fight a war for land, they'll just decieve you about their intentions and economcially bankrupt you until you have to join them.

People get excited when new documents are re-discovered about Japanese Americans in interment camps during WW2, or the Pope apologizing for the church killing indegeonous people in Canada. You can suffer through knowing there was at least one good person in the PLA ~30 years ago.

If you can't acknowledge the CCP's ongoing march to retake Taiwan by any means, I would ask if you even read any news. I don't understand how you think it is a left or right issue, at least in the US, former President Obama was who started the American pivot to the pacific foreign policy in the ancient history of the year 2011.

My favorite comment on the national security strategy was "they did a better job of translating this from Russian than the demands for Ukraine peace talks."

Most people hit a wall in their life where they get home from work and they just want whatever entertainment system they have to just work. They do not want a side hobby to get to a video game. Linux as it is now will never be the regular. If steam can make a console like experience that a layman can use, they can save PC gaming for all of the gen Z and A folks who only had a phone or console and refuse to learn windows.

Seems pretty small for a sterotypical overweight internet edge lord.

This guy was a good break from painting boys and grots. Adding a magnet to the front was a lot of fun, it wobbles, though, unfortunately.

This is from a couple years ago, but I haven't painted that many more since then so I can't do a huge Imperial Guard Army shot again.

Tank is a Matilda derivative designed by reddit user /u/FreshmeatDK https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4086322 I added a conqueror cannon to it because bolters are awesome. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4735479 I designed the Gun Trucks based off a British logistics truck https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/crew-crab-gun-truck but the work trucks are actually sold by Any Scale Models here https://www.anyscalemodels.com/component/content/article/12-products/1347-ford-cmp-f60s.html?Itemid=101 And the smaller tanks are toon Matilda IIs by Meng.

I run the bigger tanks as Leman Russes, the smaller ones as Armored Sentinels, and all of the trucks are used for fluff, terrain, or as Tauros Venators.
