Rounded corners don’t bother me at all, but a notch sure as hell would.

Google are so needlessly hostile to people that root, what the fuck does sending messages have to do with having elevated permissions on a phone?!

This only in the EU thing is going to bite them in the ass hard. You’re going to get App developers pretending to operate in the EU or moving there just to have more creative freedom.

Users will also find ways of doing the exact same. You can’t have one rule for one group of people and different rules for everyone else.

Unpopular Opinion: I don’t like ads as much as anyone, I’d rather YouTube monetises 1440p and 4k content instead of forcing people to watch ads. YouTube is an extremely expensive business to run, so it being free forever is completely unsustainable.

Some people are just pathetic and think that a green bubble means you’re are an inferior human being.

Subscriptions are a plague on our society. No wonder piracy is on the rise when even simple apps require a fucking subscription.

Not sure if I entirely agree with this; Bethesda has always made RPGs with mass appeal since TES IV: Oblivion. Personally I prefer RPGs with a stronger focus on role-playing and story, but I know many "casuals" that do not.

One thing I've personally disliked about Bethesda games since Skyrim, is their unrelenting willingness to dumb absolutely everything down; even at the cost of making the game world plastic, as if it's over-catering towards the player. There are no choices, just the illusion of choice and it makes the experience feel faker than fake.

I find Patriotism incredibly arrogant and somewhat ignorant of the world around you. I don't care where you're from, I only care about decent individuals.

Ads have already been proven to be an extremely ineffective marketing strategy; now Google wants to force them down our throats even more? Fuck off

This is why you should never adopt Google services, there's a high chance they will kill it off given their awful track record.
