Check with people you know who have scripts. Not to get them to share, but to find out who their doctors are. Sorry in advance if you love in a red state where ADHD is a hoax and all you need is jeebus. That doesn't make it hopeless, just means you have to be more persistent.
Treating the depression is probably easier. Your primary care doctor can probably get you started on something.
