They can if they move to a state and register there. It is kinda weird that they could then move to another country and vote as an ex-pat but not if they move back to PR.

I think the 2013 set was probably peak UX, common design language, quick at a glance differentiation via colors, a giant letter, and a logo to convey functionality.
But adult swim is specifically geared towards a mature audience and Steven Universe is just TV-PG. Any network will be more limited in the boundaries they will push with more mass market shows. Even the correct decision, I am sure, did negatively affect their bottom line in the short term.
At least it's not google's product logo differentiation failure.

I'm not convinced that Killmonger did anything wrong, the idea that he would be imprisoned after having his throne usurped is the great tragedy of the ending. He chose to die instead of being a political prisoner to a usurper.
So far, there have been no comments on the parallels between Frankenstein and his creature and the Christian god and theirs. I think many people also assume the word creature has a negative connotation, but I would not be surprised if that stemmed from the effect this book had on society, and its use was mostly literal.
I watched the gif but went to the youtube video and scrubbed through myself frame by frame. It's not high enough quality video with too much missing to determine. It doesn't look even look abnormal to me. ("Doesn't look like anything to me")
It just looks like the index finger is behind the ring finger IMO
