wtf, there's an entire community for her!?

This is actually a really good question that I don't have the answer to lmao

I may not be the Fediverse Chick, but if it helps, I can DM you.

Unfortunately, these images are almost certainly stolen. I don't imagine many people would consent to their photos being used in a spam attack.

That said, in the image you can see a bong, and from her face you can tell that she's high. So these are probably images/frames from a video that was deliberately taken to commemorate this person trying weed.

I doubt it, very little people would use their own image in a spam attack.

I'd prefer if you keep her blocked and don't initiate communication with my girlfriend...

on a serious noteI usually just ignore these DMs and don't bother to block them because the person(s) behind the account just create more. Also, the spam seems harmless and quite amusing.

Personally, I prefer ‘she/her/hers’ when referring to the likely fabricated character, and ‘they/them/theirs’ when referring to the real person in the image.

But he's already super fucking sexy...

Yeah, where are they?

I expect the software to improve. The "fediverse chick" spam is the perfect opportunity to test countermeasures.

pedantic"Nicole" is (likely) a fabricated character. The character is (likely) different from the image, although the image is commonly associated with the character in our minds. The image is an unaware person smoking weed. However, the character itself can said to be a spammer.

Thus, Nicole is indeed a spammer. However, the person in the image is not a spammer. The image and the character are seperate, even though one is a symbol for the other.
