I just want to add another vote for the JX Pro. It's been my daily driver for 3 years and still going strong. I use it for Moka Pot, Aeropress, espresso, pourover, and French press with great results. Changing the grind size for different brew methods isn't painful. Grinding for espresso does give you a forearm pump tho. It's a great budget option, and as someone who enjoys the process of making coffee, a manual grinder adds to the process. If you need to grind more than 30 grams at once for guests, etc. then it is time consuming and takes multiple refills. That's my only criticism of a great grinder.

I remember playing this on the PSP. It was my only experience with the series, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope this doesn't awaken anything in me...

Healing! FR tho, I only casually played SFV and got into Street Fighter with 6, so I'll be interested to see if healing warrants the hate that everyone from SF4? seems to have. Overall, I think Elena and the new stage looks sick

Amen brother, nearly all foundational leftist theorists had gnarly beards.

Fuck, I gotta descale my espresso machine too. Thanks for the reminder

Maaan, I'm halfway sold on them already. Their response to the Hitbox situation was based too, and I've heard good things about them. Is it a comfortable size to use? That sale price of $60 is hard to refuse.

Dude that's genius! I've been gaming awhile and I've never heard of that modification. I rarely used the stick for movement because it's hard for me to control as easily. There is an extra controller laying around, so I'll give it a shot this weekend. I know at least several Street Fighter pros use a DualShock, so I probably shouldn't give up on it too fast. Thanks for the thought!

Hey FGC Lemmy, there doesn't seem to be a lot going on here, but I would appreciate any input. I'm pretty new to fighting games, and with SF6 and Tekken 8 I want to start playing more competitively. I've been using a Dualshock controller and want to upgrade to a leverless controller before my muscle memory is too engrained. Do y'all have any recommendations for a leverless controller? I play on PS4 rn, but will probably switch over to PC pretty soon. I also don't want to drop $300 on a Razer Kitsune lol. Thanks!

Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy was by far the best fiction and best book overall that I read this year. I couldn't bring myself to read anything else for a few weeks after finishing it, because it was so much to digest. Legit one of the best fiction books I've ever read, and it's not even a category or time period I like reading about.

Hey guys, I'm going to be extremely busy with a baby on the way in the coming months. I was planning on giving Dr. Scott's Fortitude Training a run in this period because of the infrequency of training days, 3 day full body workouts a week basically. The only equipment I can reliably access is free weights, barbells and dumbbells. Dr. Scott recommends machines for his muscle rounds so I may have to adapt my training around these. Does anyone here have any experience with this program? Also not sure what the aim of this lemmy is but I'll post some old bodybuilding pics if training discussion isn't a focus. Thanks everybody
