I don't use an ad blocker. I do mind ads but I also want to adhere to the social contact: I subject myself to ads for the free content.

Apple isn't doing everything it can to optimize the quality of videos iPhones send or receive over MMS. Video quality between Android phones, even over MMS, is much better.

I am a man in my late forties and I can tell my body is running down. But, um, I don't deal with constant pain. Swelling. I can do everything I want to do.
The Ring remake (not the original Japanese one) takes the cake for me. I couldn't sleep the first nor second nights I saw it.
At the moment I get a new notification I decide if it's useful. If it isn't, the category gets turned off.

Keeping a gratitude journal. Every day I think of something I'm grateful for. It could be big or small. And I write it down. I keep them different (a text file I can search helps).
It has given me a more grateful mindset. Because now I'm on the lookout for things to put in my gratitude journal.
