This ep is so dumb. Riker wouldn't have hated himself, the conflict should have been getting those ~~two~~three to even come out of Will's quarters.
Edit: Deanna would have wanted in, too. The power of two Imzadis would have probably caused her Betazoid stuff to affect the whole ship, let's be real.

You use a term like "beauty standard" as if this is a real thing that applies to everyone and not something manufactured by an attention-based industry.
If people believe she is only worth her face, then I guess she is. Except, I don't think everyone thinks like that, even if people (especially those trying to exploit her labor) have made her feel like they do.

People who are obsessed with how masculine or feminine others are are poor examples of their own gender.
Someone who is confident in themselves, and kind enough to accept others as they are is what makes someone a credit to their gender.
The faster Dems understand that, the sooner they can stop being bullied and start winning.
