I've ulcerative colitis and it's flared up. Medical advice is no to low fibre, no veg unless it's boiled soft like a mush, no garlic, no onions, no mushrooms, no red meat, no sweet corn. I can only eat white meat, fish, white rice, potatoes like mash, white breads like a loaf, bagels and brioche. I'm not being a picky eater, I literally can't eat some things because they'll fuck with my gut and make my disease worse. Fuck inconsiderate people.

Had this just over a month ago. I went down to accident and emergency just before 12 am on a Saturday (also know as the emergency department) as I was having really bad cramps because of my IBD (ulcerative colitis) I got triaged within an hour and had blood tests done within an hour after. Only saw a Dr after 7 or 8 in the morning and then was with her an hour at most, went for an X-ray and then had to sit for maybe another 5-6 hours to find out the results of a blood test that they do at the hospital. They were thinking of admitting me to hospital but we're waiting on the blood results so it's not as if me just going home was going to help myself.

While I sat waiting on the Dr the last time, I went and asked twice because I hadn't had word for hours. I also didn't have anything to eat for 24 hours as I didn't have an evening meal and I couldn't use a vending machine as I had no cash or card as I don't think I would be there 16 hours.

I'm not worried about pornhub/redtube/xhamster/xvideos/chaturbate/only fans leaking info but more someone hacking in. There's a potential goldmine of blackmail/sextortion material from seeing what fetishes someone has.

This is completely stupid. If Hamas are hiding in hospitals then surely there's a better fucking way to target them than trying to blow the whole fucking place up. One way would be to send a strike team, after all Israel and Mossad are "famous" for hunting terrorists down after the Munich bombing at the Olympics. Yet the same country can only now resort to cutting off infrastructure and bombing refugee camps, ambulances, schools and hospitals plus which is killing aid workers and drs.

If you need to completely scorch earth to kill 20-30 people then something is seriously wrong in strategy/equipment or personnel. Unless wiping out civilians is the point of the strategy.
