Ok, last year i had a bumper crop of carrots and daikons. I found this dish and me not one to follow rules, i did a Lacto ferment off my carrots and daikons. I cut mine into thin sticks instead of Julianne. I made about 2 gallons of it. My question is, you have a favorite way of eating it? Thinking it would be best eating it cold. I need to start eating it. Ram most of it through the freeze dryer for long term storage.

Microwaving your food is bad for you. Kills nearly all the nutrients in your food. Haven’t used one in a year and don’t miss it. Many other ways to reheat your food that improves flavor and texture. And it’s healthier.
Leaving it at the store! Sorry, couldn’t resist. Unless it’s organic, soybeans are high in residual pesticides at least here in the us.
