Have you contacted your dentist to see if they will prescribe you something for pain? I had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday (in the United States) and had the ability to request a pain medication if I needed it.

The handout I was given recommended 500 mg of acetaminophen then three hours later 600 mg of ibuprofen, repeating that throughout day. The last dose of the day (before bed?) taking both 500 mg of acetaminophen and 600 mg of ibuprofen and six hours later start alternating again. You can give this a try but, I am just describing what I was given.

I hope this helps, good luck, and feel better soon.

Your friendly neighborhood Micro Center often has it…

“…$30,000 a gram in 2022, almost as precious as a diamond.” 🤨

On Amazon, there are a couple of industrial machines with the KINGDEL brand/label that I’ve used in my soils lab that have held up pretty well. They’re fairly inexpensive for what they are, would probably work with Linux, much more than windows 11 since they’re not exactly running the latest generation CPU’s Honestly, I think I would be looking for a keyboard used in the medical industry or an industrial keyboard that is membrane based. If you’re getting a nicer one be prepared for a little bit of sticker shock. Ditto for the mouse.

Ditto! I love mine. It reminds me of the ancient trackman marble fx that I owned in 2000. The built quality is great and the battery life is excellent.

Costco will indeed revoke your membership if you abuse this quite a bit. It’s not a hack in as much as it is Russian roulette.

It’s just before 6:00 in the morning here for me in the US. I have to say on first glance that looked like some chthonic horror! (Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn)

I had to read the title for my not yet awake brain to engage and make sense of what I was seeing. Lovely shot!

I probably had some form of that at the time and was amazed that it could play two audio sources at the same time as well as have multiple running videos.

I’ve been using Google’s native MDM. I can’t do any of those on a personal device. The only thing I can do with a personal phone used for work is wipe the android for a work profile off of it. If you’re using a company device, I cannot do any of that. The only thing I can do is wipe the entire phone and that’s it.

I’m in central Ohio as well and had one installed when my coil died in my home a few years ago. It works fairly well down into about the low thirties, but beyond that the aux heat (gas, I kept my furnace) flips on.

There is a point where the temp dips low enough to render mine useless, but we have some at my office that work in the mid to low twenties(!)
