Ich verstehe die Situation auf dem Bild so, dass die Autos ganz normal am Straßenrand ohne Parkmarkierung parken. Dazwischen wird schon manchmal so wenig Abstand gehalten, dass keine Mülltonne mehr durchpassen würde. Das ist nicht verboten, soweit ich weiß (habe zwar Führerschein, aber kein Auto). Der freundliche Flyer wirkt auf mich wie ein guter Ansatz: Erst einmal gemeinsames Problembewusstsein schaffen und im besten Fall erledigt sich das von selbst. Vermutlich denken die meisten Menschen einfach nicht an die Mülltonne, wenn sie bspw. an der Straße vor der eigenen Wohnung einparken.

Sie arbeiten aktiv gegen unsere demokratische Grundordnung und lassen sich das aus dem Ausland finanzieren. Pauschal würde ich es nicht verwenden, aber der Begriff passt gut zur AFD als Partei.

Hofreiter pöbelt mit solchen Begriffen natürlich offensichtlich auf unterstem Niveau in der Hoffnung, dass die Angesprochenen es eventuell verstehen mögen. Wer sich selbst in Deutschland als Patriot sieht und gleichzeitig die landesfeindliche AFD unterstützt, der hat einfach zu viel Lack gesogen.
