It's honestly annoying. Yes, sex and gender are two different things. This is correct, but hardly relevant. The chromosome thing is nonsense, even a cursory google would teach the layman there's XY women and XX men who developed that way naturally, let alone all the inbetweens because like anyone who stops looking at their phone once in a while, life is messy. But then they go on to suggest that toilets should be separated according to sex. Few women would actually want XX trans guys in the women's toilets.
