This is a bird called the Sereima, and what you are seeing isn't random behavior: it's how they hunt. They chase rodents and lizards down, grab them with their beaks, then slam their prey down onto rocks repeatedly until they stop moving.

Assholes will get big dogs, abuse ignore and isolate them, then act surprised when they act unpredictably.

Breed specific legislation isn't the answer. The answer is for mandatory training courses predating dog ownership. All dog ownership too. Little dogs can be assholes too.

Have fun with that. This isn't WW2. The Finnish military is far from large, but they are a specialized group with with a lot of national pride, and Russia currently has a hesitant conscript force with no emotional tie to the cause.

Without Apollo on my iPhone and Sync on my android, I'm not using Reddit. Lemmy filled that void. The only thing missing are niche communities. That will come with time.
