I'm sure that's significantly more than their illicitly gained revenue right. And the other colluders are doing the same. And somehow the victims are being made whole.
Yes true they're supposed to report any trading that might be non public info buuuuttt this whole administration is wonky illegal shit. And in this case .. we find it and I bet you absolutely nothing is going to change. What's he concerned about his polling numbers?

Yes Wikipedia supports my understanding. Collectives and the state can own land. Private citizens cannot.

As an American, I was under the belief a Chinese national can't purchase land in China only lease it. Hence the overseas purchases as investments. Is that understanding no longer accurate?

Isn't this the exact plan for all private equity acquisitions. The most recent one coming to mind was the fabric store Joann's. PE came in bought the company, saddled it with their debt used to buy it, strip mined it, and then declared bankruptcy.
