Almost certainly the ball joint. Exact same thing happened to my 1993 Buick Regal. The difference is my car was worth fixing, even at 250k miles.

Will online banking services work on whatever OS this device in the OP uses? It seems pretty unlikely.

A USB WiFi adapter was easily $100 at the time and besides, if I wanted to use dongles to achieve basic functionality I would have just bought an apple product.

To be fair, i installed linux on an old laptop and i just cannoy get the wifi to be reliable. I found myself reading about the minutia of intel wifi drivers and how wifi works in detail just to try tonsolve this issue.

I had this exact experience. I tried multiple distros too. In the end I had to go back to windows because that's the only way the wifi worked short of replacing hardware and it just wasn't worth that.

Why were you at the charter school with all the naughty kids if your parents were super chill allies?

Bungie is literally owned by Sony and the undoubtedly shitty "game" has been announced as multi-platform.

I replaced the starter motor in my 22 year old Chevy Malibu (twice, actually) and the newest one is so strong it makes a little whine every time it goes. It's hard to describe but it's especially satisfying in the winter when it's -15°F and most vehicles are slow to start and this old girl fires up with zero hesitation.

Nothin' but net. It is a very nice sound.

Well said. I smoked a pack a day for 17 years and finally quit a little over a year ago. Lots of people around me quit around the same time but just ended up exchanging the habit for something else like vaping, chewing, or the new fad: nicotine pouches. It made me feel even better to be entirely nicotine free.

For anyone curious, I used nicotine gum from Costco for the first 2 months to help. It tastes like shit and is not enjoyable at all, but I don't know if I could have done it without.
