I mean, aside from foldables, why should I buy a new phone if nothing's changed much. Most new Android releases seem to make me dislike something here and there.

I've had this phone for about a year and a half now, I'm going to take it to a phone repair place and swap out the battery for a new one, then it will be just like new

I've gone back a few times since boost died, but that's mostly because Google search sucks without adding "Reddit" to a lot of my search queries.

Makes sense to me. Treat whole groups of people as your enemy and find out that people don't like you very much.

Ehh, Google still sucks these days without adding 'reddit' to the search query. Everything online is listacles these days.

I'd happily pay for a 2023 Adobe Lightroom classic. Unfortunately Adobe doesn't offer this, but I can find it sailing the high seas branded this way.

It'd be cool to just buy it and get a year's worth of updates with the option of going subscription then

I bought a 3 ZB drive from wish com. It's going pretty good, I'm during the only copy of my entire family's home videos and pictures on it.

Well yeah, but if you were in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma working at a pharmacy, and some maybe sketchy sounding doctor told you to fill a prescription for Arnold Schwarzenegger, wouldn't you be a little suspicious?

I remember the good old 4chan days when every 3rd post was about how "this is the cancer that is killing /b/" ...

Which in hindsight was not wrong. It's a husk of what it was. I fought with many a /b/tard in the great Tumblr wars. It was remnant of a more wild age, before the summer posters, before the psyops.
