Have been applying from a while and have deduced that any org that take OA without cam on or without monitoring or takes any AI interview is just isn't interested in hiring

And stupid reddit is hell bent on stopping me from using reddit for one upvote i have to my post using alt

Agree i got banned on reddit and have create new account every once in a while then had to fight shadow ban , I wouldn't think twice before switching but most communities that I follow specially local once are basically non existent only the super popular or some niches with technically sound user base were able to shift rest all stayed at reddit

I just hope niche communities comes here

What is that IP v6 solution , I am trying to get a account after my account got banned , now every new account I make gets shadow banned ?

I was banned on my main account and ever since if make any new account that too gets banned , then I made some account with VPN worked well , recently I forgot to connect to vpn while surfing and got those account banned again , now even if I make new accounts with VPN those are shadow banned

I would love to completely shift to lemmy since I got permanent banned , but there are few niche subs that are just not present here and I don't think most users of those subs will move here
