i think Musk saw behind the curtain and realized just how cheaply politicians are being bought up for. I think he did some napkin math and realized he could outbid the current masters of enough of them to gain more power than trying to appease trump.

vegan fried rice (hexbear.net)

trying out some vegan products! This is black rice with mung bean based eggs in a carton and a vegan spam. There's broccoli, lentils, zucchini, white beans and bulgur wheat for nutrition. Topped with green onion and tamari, i forgot the sesame seeds!

It was pretty good, the mung bean eggs cook a little different than chicken egg so i would do them differently next time to get a better curd. Otherwise really delicious!

tofu (hexbear.net)

Learning that i need to eat a lot of protein to thrive i am trying all sorts of ways to make daily tofu and other beans. These panko crusted air fried tofu squares I made let me put down 8oz of tofu and feel like i'm getting a treat! The peanut dipping sauce even has a couple extra grams of protein as well.

It pays to take a few minutes when preparing this one, if i try to rush these I don't get an even coating and browning.

this is probably one of the top ways i have found to just consume tofu bricks pretty much straight.

Hanging out on XHS so much is definitely influencing my eating habits. You can air fry tofu so many ways!

This is some veggie fried rice I made topped with dijon mustard and air fried marinated tofu and green onion. Healthy, easy and delicious!

I fried tofu and mixed vegetables with turmeric, saffron, ground mustard, nutritional yeast, garlic salt and pepper. Topped with daiya plant based cheddar. Quick, easy, vegan, delicious!

lentils (hexbear.net)

This is regular lentils cooked on the stove.

I fried minced onion and cilantro stems for 10 minutes in olive oil before adding minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin, MSG, mustard powder, garlic powder and frying 5 more minutes.

Into this went 1 can of coconut milk, 16 oz of veggie stock, 16oz of water, 1tbsp mushroom stock granules and 1 1/2 cups of dried lentils.

Cooked for 40 minutes or so with regular stirring at just bubbling and served over jasmine rice with cilantro leaves and a squirt of braggs. Delicious! Easy! Vegan! Healthy!

steel cut/irish oats in veggie stock and braggs with fresh baby spinach, white onion, shitake mushrooms and garlic. Will cook this for 40 minutes adding water if necessary.

Will top with garlic salt, green onion, sesame seeds and tofu cutlets later. It's prettiest at this step though.

pancakes (hexbear.net)

I use a 1/3rd cup measure and make these in a non stick skillet with no oil or butter to get that even brown look.

i try to do this with every wedge but i have never recovered one this intact before.

it was delicious.

I want everyone to see it!
