This is actually amazing, I don't understand what the other comments on this Lemmy post are about/if they even read this post on Nexus.

To summarize:

  • no incomplete free versions of paid mods
  • no patches for paid mods on a site for free mods
  • no modpacks that require paid mods
  • only limited advertising of paid mods

This is extremely levelheaded. I think other's might just read this headline and think they are introducing paid mods, but they don't!

Additionally:

  • while the food will taste the same, in most cases the mouth feel is so horrendously bad it will be inedible
  • rehydration of most foods is very hard to impossible, limiting it's uses even more
  • if you put more than one kind of food in a batch, the chance of error in the process increase dramatically, because all food needs different amounts of time to dry

I'm pretty sure the only actual use cases are berries and fruits. But those can all just be dehydrated normally or made into jam, so there is little to no purpose for a freeze dryer, except playing around with foods, which is not worth the price

11 is one louder than 10!

This is really hard though!

Because how the hell does one make a "🤍" sound

Encased is a CRPG, heavily inspired by the classic Fallout games, bringing it's mechanics into the modern age. It's story is based on the classic book "Roadside Picknick" (known for being the inspiration of the Stalker series) and is very well written. It has a story narrator, similar to the Divinity: Original Sin games and a very in depth character creation. At the start you choose a department of a research company to work in, which will change the way you interact with many characters, adding some replay value. Anything more I could say would be a spoiler, but the entire beginning (first half to one hour) is an absolute banger.

It's my favorite indie game of the last few years and at the time of writing this, it is currently 90% of on steam, an absolute bargain

Gotta call this one inaccurate. The Bible tells YOU not to have false gods, it doesn't say you should hate other religions. I'd argue that the parable of the good samaritan in Luke 10:25-37 actually argues the exact opposite: "Love your neighbor as yourself" no matter who that person is

Also "some shit": Colossians 3:8 "But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth."

In recent times republicans in the USA are trying to push weird laws to force trans people to not express themselves and conform with their assigned gender at birth.

This cartoon was made by a trans man. For them its a usual process in transitioning to have their breasts removed. With such laws, trans men would be required to somehow get breasts again to appear in public, which is obvious stupid.

So to answer your question: Yes, Republicans are trying to force people into gender reassignment. This is just an extension of them trying to take away people's medication, bully children and torture women

Pretty sure that it's not possible. You can only download with an account or use another website hosting that mod.

But honestly, just use a throwaway email. That's way less work than what you are trying to do

First people complain that there are to many people on lemmy.

Then the number of people decreases

Now people complain about that to

Can we please just stop caring about the numbers and instead focus on making a nice place for ourselves?

If starfield works like every other Bethesda game, the game can't actually change the gender directly, it instead remakes your entire character, which will reset whatever is causing the bug

No, they aren't that cheap and no, they won't solve any current housing issues.

But I'm not an expert, so here is a longer explanation by Belinda Carr on the topic.
