In order to "thwart" "anti-semitic and anti-israel bias" the US government is requesting the user data of everyone on earth who edited Wikipedia since January 2023.
Its not just mods either, its systemic. Although its more disappointing from that group because from the power dynamic and ability to just make people disappear. I guess I simply assumed this platform might be capable of addressing.
