Well, I'm not aware of the cultural differences in meaning, but the first word is literally "euphoria" transliterated into the Hebrew script. I'm a complete beginner in Hebrew, but the machine translation sounds pretty much on point to me. "The euphoria lived for a short time" or simply "The euphoria was short" is the most literal version possible.

I'm not totally sure you aren't being cheeky here, but - Cave in (to someone/thing) means to stop resisting their pressure and accept their terms (while not being happy to do so)

The government caved in to the demands of the protesters. She caved in to her family and dumped her boyfriend.

Ah right, so uneven on a microscopic scale, flat on the macro one. Makes sense, thanks!

Correct me if I'm wrong, I have next to no knowledge on stealth fighters and detection technology.

Isn't an uneven surface desirable in a fighter jet, though? From a radar-evasion standpoint. I remember reading something to that effect in a book a long time ago.

Any sources or further reading i could do there? Sounds interesting, I just haven't heard anything about this so far.
